Please take note of our Refund and Exchange Policies. We do not issue Refunds or accept Exchanges, except on DAMAGED goods as a result of defective packaging or goods damaged during courier. Shipping includes a waybill tracking number.
Once your payment has been processed, your purchase will be couriered to the address you have stipulated as a delivery address.
An email will be sent to the email address listed in your transaction with the relevant tracking number and courier details.
The average time of delivery is 3 – 5 working days. Should you not have received your purchase within this time period, neither have you been alerted to an existing problem with your purchase, please contact us.
Please include all your relevant contact information in your purchase, this enables us to contact you with delivery information and/or to contact you case of a delay or problem with your shipment.
